The Choir of Man to embark on UK tour in 2026

It’s time to raise a glass! West End sensation The Choir of Man will be embarking on a tour across the UK throughout 2026.

The 38-week tour will begin in New Wimbledon Theatre on March 14 before heading to towns and cities including Bath, Cambridge, Brighton, Glasgow, Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Chester, Southend, and High Wycombe. The tour will conclude in Edinburgh on December 5, 2026.

Created by Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay, with direction from Doodson, The Choir of Man first came to life at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017 and has since been performed across the world, including multiple stops in North America, China, Australia, and Europe. The show has been a West End staple since 2021, playing over 1000 performances at the Arts Theatre, but is set to close on January 4 2026.

Featuring a cast of nine performers, taking on the roles of Poet, Maestro, Romantic, Joker, Barman, Handyman, Hardman, Beast, and the Bore, The Choir of Man is the most fun you can have down your local! The 90-minute show combines insane harmonies, singalongs, tap dancing and storytelling with well known hits from artists such as Queen, Adele, Paul Simon, Avicii and Katy Perry. If you’re lucky, you can even grab yourself a free pint!

Speaking about the announcement, Nic Doodson said: “It’s incredible to see how far the show has come from our start at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017 and now, after four years in London’s West End, Olivier Award recognition, and multiple tours across Europe, Australia, and our fourth US national tour in 2026, it feels incredibly special to finally be taking the show on the road at home.”

The creative team includes Jack Blume (musical supervision), Freddie Huddleston (choreography), Ben Norris (monologues), Oli Townsend (scenic design), and Verity Sadler (costume design), with casting to be announced.
