Sex Pistols will mark the 50th anniversary of the punk revolution they instigated by heading out on tour again with vocalist Frank Carter in December.
The Anarchy In The UK Tour will take in Dublin (3 Arena, Dec 7), Edinburgh (Corn Exchange, Dec 9), Glasgow (O2 Academy, Dec 10), London (Brixton Academy, Dec 18) and London (Eventim Apollo, Dec 20).
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday (February 27) from here.

This is in addition to the band’s summer shows at The Piece Hall, Halifax (July 11), Castlefield Bowl, Manchester (July 12), Cardiff Castle (August 1) and Scarborough Open Air Theatre (August 2).
Commenting on the Pistols’ first national tour, 50 years ago, drummer Paul Cook says, “It was kind of like a commando raid. I don’t even think a lot of places knew we were playing there. We just turned up and set up. It was all a learning curve for us – getting out there and playing live – we were learning on the job.
“With ‘Anarchy…’, I think we tapped into a feeling of unrest around the country at the time. The message was pretty simple – just have a go and get out there and do whatever you want to do. It was a new world.”
You can read more about Sex Pistols and “Anarchy In The UK” in the next issue of Uncut, out later this week. More details on that very soon…
