Nearly two decades after the hit MTV reality series first introduced us to the drama, romance, and unforgettable sunsets of Orange County, the original cast is reuniting for a two-hour anniversary special coming to The Roku Channel in 2026.
The special, tentatively titled ‘Rocky Presents: The Laguna Beach Reunion’, will see beloved stars Lauren “LC” Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, Stephen Colletti, Lo Bosworth, Talan Torriero, Trey Phillips, Christina Schuller, Dieter Schmitz, Jessica Smith, and Alex Hooser return to reflect on their whirlwind teenage years in front of the cameras. Expect behind-the-scenes stories, fresh reactions to classic episodes, and plenty of nostalgic looks back at the show that defined mid-2000s reality TV.
Adding extra sparkle to the reunion, Conrad, Cavallari, and Colletti are also stepping behind the camera as executive producers, ensuring fans get the inside scoop only the cast themselves can provide.
The reunion follows a wave of nostalgia sparked earlier this year, when several cast members gathered for their real-life 20-year high school reunion at Hotel Laguna. While not everyone could attend that event, Roku’s special promises to bring together a fuller lineup of the stars we grew up watching.

To partner with Roku to reunite the cast and produce this special with Lauren, Stephen & Kristin as Executive Producers 20 years later is a dream.”
Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County set out to capture an authentic look at teen life in the sun-soaked California community, taking inspiration from the popularity of Fox’s scripted drama The O.C. Shot in a documentary-style format, the reality series quickly became a hit and paved the way for multiple spinoffs. These included Newport Harbor: The Real Orange County, set in a nearby beach town, and the iconic The Hills, which chronicled Lauren Conrad’s journey into the fashion world.
For fans who still quote “What happens in Cabo stays in Cabo”, or like debate the dynamics of the love triangle between Kristin, Stephen and LC, this reunion is set to be the ultimate trip down memory lane. Mark your calendars — Laguna Beach is about to ride the wave once again.
